| Abstract | At present, the human economic development with the mode of the high investment, high energy consumption, and high emissions has caused a series of the ecological problems, which has caused a serious threat to the survival of the mankind. The selection of the sustainable economic development mode and the effective solution to the problems of the climate changes and the depletion of the resources and other problems of the energy and the environment has become a serious problem facing the world. The low-carbon economy and the circular economy, as the economic model of the sustainable development, can provide an effective way to solve the problem. Under the background of the vigorous promotion of the construction of the resource-saving and environment-friendly society in China, how to develop the low-carbon economy and the circular economy in order to effectively get rid of the dilemma that the low-carbon economy and the circular economy are implemented separately and how to explore the ideas and ways to integrate them in the practice to achieve the coordinated development of the low-carbon economy and the circular economy should be the new focus of the attention of the educational circles. |
