Abstract Considered the regional real environmental conditions in China, the evaluation system for ecological environmental competitiveness consists of six variables combined with the industrialization process of China's different regions was built. The quantitative evaluation and comparison of the competitiveness, of regional resources environment was made to provide theoretical and practical basis to ecological environmental management during process of regional industrial development.
