| Abstract | In the process of developing rural tourism, some problems related to environmental protection have inevitably arose, leading to not only the destruction and the degradation of some tourism resources but the imbalance of ecosystem and the deterioration of environmental quality as well. Circular economy is a model of economic development which focuses on harmonious development with environment and targets at the least influence on the environmental resources. This paper combines the theories of circular economy and the rural tourism of Liaoning Province, putting forward to the consistent development of rural tourism as well as environmental protection and ecological construction based on energy saving and emission reduction. Thus, a mutual beneficial recycle can be realized so that the harmonious interaction of rural tourism activities and environmental construction can be made for the eventual achievement of the sustainable development of the rural tourism in Liaoning Province. |
