Abstract Human resource management is a continuous process with far-reaching effects that grow over time as experience grows and commitment develops. Sustainable management of human resources is deliberately developing human resources focused on achieving and developing organizational skills and providing relevant competitive advantages to achieve the business's strategic goals. This concept puts the significance and problems of management and development of human resources in the context of strategic management. On the other hand, it returns the strategic concept of the overall long-overlooked human dimension. Three main tasks of sustainable human resources management are presented: human resource development, development of a positive reward system, and sustainability of the goals, strategies, and organizational culture. Such an approach is sustainable because it provides long-term benefits and synergies for both employees and the organization. By strengthening the role of human resources and the knowledge of the importance of the human factor in business due to the need for sustainable growth and operation of companies tailored to society, human resources become the backbone of strategies and investments that are a source of innovation and competitive advantage. The starting point of this paper is to point out the concept and dimension of sustainable human resources management and the effect of corporate performance. The paper conducted an empirical study to examine the exact relationship between the contribution of sustainable human resource management to the company's performance and business success on the selected model. The synthesis of the results, findings, and conclusions of this research will formulate specific critical recommendations and valuable long-term human resource management guidelines.
