| Abstract |
When humans abuse the earth's resources and regard them as inexhaustible, the counterattack of environmental ecology and nature forces people to face the exhausting earth resources and the harm to the ecology. The spontaneity of mass society and the expectation for enterprises would drive a leader to adjust organisational culture and organisational behaviour in the enterprise. Thoughts are the basis of behaviour, and businesses are seeking for space to achieve the philosophy of sustainable development and to leave a good corporate image in the mind of mass society. Aiming at employees of the eco-tourism industry in Taiwan, a total of 360 copies of the questionnaire are distributed, and 288 valid copies are retrieved, with a retrieval rate of 80%. The research results are summarised as follows: (1) Leaders in the eco-tourism industry have to serve as a model with friendly environmental behaviour; the more support of executive leaders for organisational planning and action of friendly environmental behaviour would have the subordinates follow the example; (2) Shaping the environmental culture of an organisation is the most direct method for eco-tourism industry preceding friendly environmental behaviour and getting in the organisation and the members, and (3) The cooperation of organisational members of the eco-tourism industry to better understand friendly environmental behaviour would benefit the promotion of friendly environmental behaviour or active participation behaviour. |
