| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence fast fashion consumer behavior with respect to the reverse logistics strategy. The above allows the construction of a model using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) with respect to inverse logistics. The study presents a quantitative design, with a validated sample of 197 students located in universities in the northeast of Mexico. The questionnaire was designed using Likert scales and a dependent variable of a dichotomous nature, given which the logit-type regression technique is used. The results reveal that the factors of attitude and social norms are the main factors that protect an incidence towards reverse logistics. |
