| Abstract | Based on expounding the connotations of the new urbanization and the smart city, it firstly analyzes the significance of Hunan's smart city construction in its new urbanization. Then, it makes an analysis on the main problems of Hunan's smart city construction from the following aspects: the lack of effective planning, the lack of protection on the ecological environment, the phenomenon of "isolated island" of information, and the lack of abilities of independent technology research and development. Lastly, it puts forward the strategic ideas, mode and tactics on how to realize the sustainable development of Hunan's smart city construction. |
